What does founding price mean?
It’s the price you pay when you join now: £14.99/month or £129.99/year. Keep your subscription going and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed. If your subscription ends and you rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all features for 1 month completely free. Start your trial in the app via the App Store — no payment is taken until the trial ends. After the trial, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) renews automatically unless you cancel.
Can I use SiteSync in my native language?
Yes. Speak in your own language — Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, or whatever you’re most comfortable in — and SiteSync translates it to English and formats it into a professional site report. Perfect for multilingual teams and non-native English speakers.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual plans in your Apple ID subscription settings. Changes are handled by Apple and take effect according to App Store billing rules.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are purchased securely through the App Store on iPhone and iPad. You can pay using Apple Pay or the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do refunds work?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Your data is securely backed up and remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. That gives you time to export your information if needed. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted for your privacy.
